As the Director of the Centre for Leadership, I am honoured to welcome you to this transformative and capacity-building arm of the University, established to develop, nurture, and strengthen leadership capacity among students, staff, and emerging leaders within and beyond the University community.

The Centre for Leadership plays a strategic role in promoting ethical leadership, governance competence, civic responsibility, and personal development through structured training programmes, workshops, mentorship initiatives, and leadership development courses. Our goal is to equip individuals with the skills, values, and mindset required to lead effectively in academic, professional, and societal contexts.

We are committed to excellence in leadership development, character building, and capacity enhancement.
